Wiveez – Release Note 5.1

We are delighted to announce the release of version 5.1 of Wiveez, our Flow Metrics and Assessments management application.

These new updates bring several new features and fixes that will improve your experience and the performance of the application.

What’s new in Version 5.1

FLOW METRICS

Programs (ART Flow; PI Flow) – Ticket list management

The program Flow Metrics management module, at the ART Flow and PI Flow level, now includes the list of tickets used in the calculation of the metrics. The management of the list is identical to what exists at the Project level.

Refine your Flow Metrics calculation using days worked and time slots

This new version now allows you to define the days worked, as well as time slots and public holidays, in order to allow a refined calculation of Flow Metrics.

The setting applies to all projects and programs of the Wiveez instance.

Components Dashboard

The projects include a new Dashboard for monitoring the Flow Metrics of the Components of a Jira project.

Multi-Criteria Filters on tracking graphs

All Wiveez graphics now offer multi-criteria filters and the addition of filters on Features and Components.

Search for a Project or Board on the Product Portfolio

Some organizations manage more than a hundred projects and Jira Boards under Wiveez. In order to allow Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs and others to quickly access the Project/Board they wish to analyze, we have added a search by name and type (Project, Board) to the portfolio.

Flow period cycle management

Until now, Wiveez only allowed you to track flow history on a daily basis.

Now you can set the flow monitoring period cycle (Daily, Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Every 3 weeks, Monthly, Yearly).

Interactive Product Backlog update

The Backlog of each Wiveez product board updates automatically when the ticket type is selected, in order to only display information on the selected ticket type.

Searching for a project or board when loading

Do you have more than a hundred, or even more, projects or boards in Jira? Now Wiveez allows you to perform an advanced search, by entering only the first 3 characters.

ASSESSMENTS

Integration of an Assessment monitoring table, by team and multi-team (program).

These updates provide significant improvements to the management of flow metrics and ratings.
